Dr. Heather C. Lofton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and academic faculty member. Dr. Lofton focuses her research and clinical practice on Black women's health issues and Black professional women with depression, anxiety, interpersonal and work-life balance concerns. In her practice and research, Dr. Lofton strives to highlight the need for more accessible and relatable research content and therapeutic spaces.
