Self care when done right isn’t always bubble baths and face masks. Caring for yourself can take intention and be a necessary part of everyday life. In this lab you’ll learn:
1. How to define self-care outside of luxury and relaxation.
2. How to validate the frustration that can go into taking care of one’s self and managing the self.
3. How to explore the hard truths of self-care including routines, boundary setting, and scheduling time for self.
