Mental health is pivotal to living a lifestyle that is essential for balancing your life. Your children are important and their mental health is crucial as suicide, depression and family dynamics reflect the society we are living in. What happens when a false report is made? When a Social Worker or Medical worker falsely accuse you of abuse or neglect. When disciplining your child becomes the business of the state when it's legal and many times appropriate. I experience the loss of my children through this system that targets Black women in poverty trying to get out of poverty. My child was abused while I was at work I was blamed, vilified and had my daughters removed from me. It did not help that I was a victim of sexual abuse as a child and I disclosed this much to my sorrow, the rationale was that I allowed the harm. It was horrible. Tere is a CBS Sunday Morning report on the way the CPS System targets Black women. Please find it and post it so that we all can understand the history of CPS and how it targets vulnerab look e Black women. The CPS System is a 30 billion dollar system that is headed by a Black women, yet does not provide financial resources to lift Black women and their children out of poverty. Thank you Leanora for sharing your story. One of the reasons I made this post because indeed the Child Protection System is a billion dollar revenue for states. Under Title IV-E each time a child is taken from their parent, illegally or legally the state receives funds from the federal government. Unfortunately, the laws that apply to the policies and procedures are not followed as they should be, enabling people of color to receive less support and services. The secret of CPS:Corruption is silenced in the Black community, for the fear of retaliation or feeling like you are alone. You are NOT alone. I am in Maryland and have reached out to politicians asking for more accountability and transparency, but when politicians minimize the significance of the problem, it does not receive the notable time and attention needed. I have sent emails and letters to various reporters, but when other crimes appear to be more compelling to cover, again this concern does not pull on the heart strings of policy makers. Councilman David Oh, who is in Pennsylvania also was a victim of medical kidnapping. He did not initially believe people in his community who were troubled by the lack of following the policies and procedures; taking children without doing a through investigation. Ironically, his son was taken for a brief moment because he was accused of neglect when his son broke one of his bones learning a different form of marital arts. The fact that this Councilman had the ability to get an attorney, present his objection to the false accusations and misleading information that caused his son to be taken. Councilman David Oh's son was returned and did not have to be traumatized significantly like so many other children and families. He took his personal situation and realized that people were telling the truth about the Foster Care system and vowed to make changes. He has taken the lead in changing the policies in Pennsylvania Family Law. I am happy to know that every effort makes a difference. The sad part of this story is not every politician takes the time to investigate such Family Law problems that occur under the disguise of "neglect" and "abuse". In Maryland Md. Family Law and COMAR should be followed by with each case, but this is not happening. We have a new governor and I hope new changes will occur because children matter and they are our future. I always suggest if you haven't is to write to your local constituents, from the mayor, governor, city council members and let them know about your situation. The first step is speaking out and letting someone know and being vocal about the need for changes in Family Law. I again appreciate you sharing your story and as new information I am aware of comes to my attention I will post it. This is a form of slavery as families were torn apart and separated based on currency and the designed system of oppression.

Now every case is not based on corruption, there are many wonderful success stories in foster care and CPS involvement, but the increasing number of children missing and illegally seized and medically kidnapped is increasing. Unfortunately in my case my own Sister instigated the proceedings and she was backed by the rest of my family and the religious organization that has now been known to harbor pedophiles. I was hospitalized with a mental health diagnosis because of the ordeal I experienced. Sharing that story truly helps me.
