One of my core beliefs is “what you think about and speak about expands.” Last year I became intentional about becoming a practitioner of calmness. This year I am elevating my “what’s good” awareness. Not in the “I’m just grateful I woke up” aspect but in the truly seeking and acknowledging all the good, especially as I manifest my vision. So in that spirt of expansion “WHAT’S GOOD?”
Love this thread, TJ! I think often times, we take for granted of all the blessings and good things that happen to our life and we often focus too far advance out in the future when we're not even there yet. Focusing on the "what if" too much instead of "what now" and just staying present in the moment, taking it one day at a time. Today is all what we have so let's make the most out of it. So for me, I think "what's good" at my current moment is that I'm blessed to have stability during these times, have healthy family & friends, grateful to work at such a mission-driven organization, and most of all, my journey so far in my young professional career & continuing to grow in that aspect.
