Hello my name is Janice and I joined this group & various threads because I want additional support with my mental stability. Since covid, I became very isolated & l ill health wise & that added to my level of depression because I was once an avid stepper, ballroom dancer & traveler, I would dress up & feel vibrant, but in the last year, I have not. So I'm hoping to connect with other individuals & find some positive connections in whatever light they may present themselves.
