My favorite Wave has got to be "An Introduction to Breathwork by Curtis Smith." I've always been fascinated by the research behind breathe work as not only beneficial to mental health but also having impact on physiological health. The background audio is really soothing and I appreciate Curtis' guidance through different breathe exercises.
I've started to listen to this almost on a weekly basis to start the week and to center myself. If you're not sure where to start with your mindfulness practice, I highly recommend starting here!
I really enjoyed the Lab series on "Black to Work." Even though I am working remotely now, it helped put into words the experiences I have felt at work when we were in-person and helped validate me in my experiences. I look forward to the future Labs that will be released.
I liked the Space on Practicing Mindfulness With Loved Ones - it really helped me to be more thoughtful when it comes to family and friends, and to encourage them to do the same!
I LOVE The Magic Tub wave! I'm someone who generally falls asleep to music, so it's been refreshing to listen to Curtis' voice and guidance as I drift to sleep. Honestly, in the past I've left the entire Sleep & Rest Support playlist on repeat.
I really like that Wave too! careful not to doze off listening to that Wave playlist in the wrong circumstances haha
As an Alkeme team member, I enjoy all of our content! However, I find myself gravitating towards our Alkeme Waves most often morning, day and night to recenter myself.

It's hard to pick a favorite! :) But one of my go-to's is Finding Freedom with Therese Kempf. As someone who has always struggled with vasovagel syncope (ie. fainting due to your body's overreaction to certain emotional triggers), I find it incredibly powerful to feel more control over my body's reactions. Her tools are straightforward, yet effective, and I continue to find them helpful!
